Hawaii's Time

Hawaii's time is two hours earlier than the West Coast's (i.e. noon in San Francisco is 10 am in Hawaii) except when daylight savings time is in effect. Then Hawaii, which is one of the few areas in the country which does not observe daylight saving, is three hours earlier in time.
